Technical questions


1. If the server error occurred due to the company’s fault and you sustained losses due to the error, you have the right to send a complaint to the company. Complaints are accepted within two working days from the moment when the case occurred. You can send your complaint to the Dealer Department at dealer@instatrading.com. Please provide your trading account number, a code word, a ticket of the order subject to the complaint, and the time when the connection failed. We will review your complaint within 10 working days. All complaints presented in any other way will not be accepted for consideration. 

2. If the trading platform cannot connect to the server, the reasons for this can be such as follows:

- Slow Internet connection

- A wrong login or trader password 

- A wrong server address

In case you cannot solve the problem, please contact the Technical Support service.
