In case a partial sum was transferred or other problems concerning deposit and withdrawal arise, please send a request to support@mail.instatrading.com.

In the request, you need to specify your account number along with a code word and provide all the details about the transaction (the payment system, date, amount and currency of the transfer, and a screenshot of the transaction).
