The International APEC Summit gathered all major politicians of the world in Peruvian capital Lima. On Saturday the leaders of world powers met at the plenary session and at the formal reception hosted by President of Peru Pedro Pablo Kuczynski. On Sunday the leaders met at the official photo shoot.

Reportedly, Vladimir Putin invited Barack Obama, who leaves the office in January, to Moscow. Russian President outlined that Obama is welcomed in Russia at any time.
Talking with China's leader Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin promised to visit China in May 2017.

During the summit all participants were grouped into five thematic knots. Thus, Russia, Taiwan, Canada and Papua New Guinea were members of one group. These countries discussed what can be done in order to sustain long-term investments and financial stability.
