He nostalgically recalled his presidency, when inflation was not a burning issue and the US economy was shining in all its glory. Bang! Joe Biden took office and started throwing money around. He allocated humongous funds to the fight against climate change. Apparently, someone decided it was a great time for a "green marathon," despite the budget’s red numbers.

In this interview, Trump also did not miss the chance to roast Vice President Kamala Harris in public. Her plan to tackle inflation left him genuinely puzzled. He reminded everyone that Harris has been in office for over three years. If she undertakes to solve the inflation issue as her election pledge, what has she been doing during all those 1,305 days? “Maybe she still hasn’t figured out which calendar we’re using?” Trump wondered.
